ukactive to lead research into exercise referrals

A bold new project is being undertaken by the ukactive Research Institute to establish the extent to which exercise referrals can change behaviour and increase physical activity. ukactive is now calling on operators of exercise referral schemes to aid the three-year research initiative. Time saving Exercise Referral App launched

A new Exercise Referral App, launched by software specialist ReferAll, enables participants to book, cancel and amend their appointments online. The intuitive platform aims to reduce the ‘scheduling’ burden for both staff and participants when booking, arranging and re-arranging appointments. FC trust achieves new Quest Sport for Development award

Millwall Community Trust – the charitable arm of Millwall Football Club – has become the first organisation to receive a new ‘sport for development’ accreditation since the scheme was rolled out in June. Quest’s unannounced assessments help frontline staff raise their game
