C1 Fitness accelerates global growth with Asia App launch

The C1 Network digital platform, which has millions of users globally, has successfully launched its new fitness and wellness app, C1 Fitness, in Asia. The launch marks a key milestone in C1 Fitness’s mission to deliver accessible movement, healthy habits and community-driven wellbeing to its global audience.

The launch was supported by Fitter Stock, a leading provider of premium fitness and wellness video content, which created a comprehensive library of 350 ready-made fitness and wellness videos, totalling 120 hours of content, from its studios in Dorset, UK.

The collection spans a wide range of disciplines including yoga, Pilates and high-intensity workouts, alongside specialised advice on nutrition, posture, hormonal health and mental wellbeing, with content localised for key international markets.  As well as handling all technical asset preparation, Fitter Stock supported C1 Fitness’s product, design and engineering teams to improve the app’s user experience and content layout.

Jessica Overton, Managing Director of Fitter Stock and 1FitLife, explains: “A primary focus was how content is surfaced, which refers to how the app selects and displays the most relevant videos to a user at the right moment. For example, if a user watches a yoga session, the app surfaces similar recommendations. If they filter for mind health, only relevant mental well-being content appears. By refining how content is organised, we helped make the app more intuitive to navigate. This ensures users see the right sessions at the right time, supporting long-term behaviour change and keeping the experience aligned with C1 Fitness’s broader goals.”

The content quality is genuinely premium and, just as importantly, it’s been designed with our platform and users in mind. Since launching in November 2025, C1 Fitness has attracted a growing user base of 19,000 registrations, with continued growth expected as the platform rolls out new features across its network, including the FitCoin rewards system that encourages users to stay active. The platform has also integrated with UltraHuman, a key Fitter Stock partner, enabling users to combine movement, metabolic insights and behaviour-change tools within a single experience.

Fitter Stock will continue to help C1 Fitness grow internationally by translating content and making it easier for users to find what they love. The Fitter Stock team will work alongside C1’s developers to ensure the videos keep pace with new app features, while the unlimited access model gives C1 Fitness the freedom to expand as quickly as they need.
