The Doctor will see you now…

ukactive’s Research Director, Dr. Steven Mann, will be hosting a series of one-to-one surgery sessions at this year’s active-net, which takes place at Loughborough University on 27 & 28th April 2016.

The sessions will cover ukactive’s research agenda and look at how data driven decisions can create results for providers across the sector.

Mike Hill, Director of Leisure-net Solutions, the leading customer insight provider for the active leisure sector and organiser of the active-net event said: “Following the launch of the latest DCMS strategy for sport, the evidence base for physical activity will play a growing role in local authority delivery, and for the private sector too, and so decisions that are driven by a robust data and insight plan are a must. Steven Mann’s sessions will help delegates to better understand the opportunities presented by the new health agenda and the role they can play in increasing participation and improving health in their local communities.”

active-net, now in its third year, brings together more than 100 leading operators and suppliers within the active leisure sector over two days for business-focused, pre-selected one-to-one meetings, together with informative educational slots, networking lunches and an evening meal.

Limited free places are still available for senior operators of public sector health, fitness and leisure facilities. Contact kirstyreed@leisure-net.org to book your place.
Once registered, attendees can choose to meet with ukactive as part of the buyer/supplier one-to-one meetings and benefit from a free consultation with Dr. Mann to discuss how to utilise data and insight strategy to see the best results.
