Refer-all, specialists in software solutions for exercise referral, has added to its technical team.
Lorcan O’Connor, an experienced graphic designer and 3D artist, has been appointed as 3D and UI/UX Designer. His role is to mastermind the user interface and user experience in Refer-all’s software, further enhancing its efficiency for GPs, public health commissioners, leisure centres and instructors.

Degree educated, O’Connor will use his digital design experience to develop Refer-all’s visual content across all media from website efficacy to development of responsive web based applications that are usable across all mobile devices and consolidation of all marketing materials.

O’Connor’s diverse design experience includes marketing material design at Fnatic Esports Team, development of mobile apps for E-Learning GCSE revision at Revision Buddies, as well as developing the user interface and user experience on a variety of apps for theme park rides and the gaming industry at AiSolve.

Refer-all, which specialises in software solutions for exercise referral (and other lifestyle services), offers a fast and efficient referral pathway for Exercise on Referral schemes from referrers via an online portal. The referral, appears instantly on the service provider’s dashboard, from where they can use Refer-all’s software solution to move the person through their service, setting target dates and recording actions completed against the referral, such as contacting the person and booking appointments via a task bar. The integrated system also provides the service provider with information about where the referrals come from.

Refer-all’s software solutions are highly versatile meaning that other lifestyle services, such as weight management, smoking cessation and stress management for example, can also be added to the software hub, to create a truly integrated public health offering. In addition, Refer-all provides innovative features such as an integrated and automated text service, which sends SMS messages to people to remind them about their various appointments, as well as targeted motivational messages to boost retention. The software can even be linked to fitness equipment and wearable technology so that exercise sessions can be monitored, both by the Exercise on Referral team but also by the referrer, who can evaluate what they are doing in terms of exercise.

Refer-all is currently working with 28 service providers to power 77 lifestyle services that, to date, have seen more than 65,000 referrals.
