New internal sales position to boost Gladstone customer service
Gladstone has created a new internal sales position to ensure its single site health club operators receive the best possible customer service experience.
Jack Grant, 20, will build relationships with all Gladstone’s single site accounts, manage any queries and keep them up to date with information about the latest products and services, as well as general Gladstone news.
“Although this is my first role within the health and leisure industry, prior to this I worked in support for an education-based software company and so have experience of the sort of issues our customers may raise,”said Grant, an avid football and golf enthusiast. “Health and leisure is an area I am personally interested in and the advances at Gladstone mean there are plenty of opportunities to progress my career.”
