Lifetime Training creates learner focused website

Lifetime Training has invested in its online presence with a newly developed website. Designed to enhance the learner experience, Lifetime Training adopted a collaborative and consultative approach undertaking user research with prospective learners.

The company’s new digital shop window aims to improve engagement with both learners and employers with an enhanced and intuitive design. Via user testing and input from a specialist agency in user experience, the information architecture of the site has been re-worked enabling better comparison of courses and enhanced visibility of all key information areas.

Initially, the site navigation and layout of the homepage and fitness sections, both commercial courses and apprenticeships, have been reworked with the rest of the website, including sector and employer pages, being adapted to match this proven and successful formula over the next few months. The new website has also been optimised for mobile and tablet use.

Mike Jones, Commercial Director at Lifetime Training, explained: “The evolution of our website continues Lifetime’s exciting digital journey. Learners are truly embracing online channels, so it is crucial for us to continue innovating and leading the way digitally. 2015 has already seen the launch of our new online PT Diploma. We aim to continue our on-going collaboration to further enhance our digital presence and invest in our future as an innovator and leading quality training provider. We are confident that the look, feel and overall design of our site will further improve our learner’s online experience.”
