Leading online platforms to merge
Leisure-net Solutions and Right Directions are merging their online platforms to create a one-stop online tool for the leisure industry.
Leisure-net Solutions currently provides insight services to more than 250 sites through its e-Focus Customer Insight Platform, which includes mystery shops and phone calls, The Net Promoter Score, Closed Loop surveys, feedback-Focus –an online comments and complaints system that enables operators to easily keep on top of all forms of customer feedback –and staff-Recog, which allows customers to select a staff member they feel has gone above and beyond their role.
Right Directions delivers STITCH, the sector’s leading online accident reporting software, backed by both CIMSPA and RoSPA, to over 150 health and fitness sites. The benchmarking platform captures, collates and aggregates accident and ‘near miss’ data, providing a live snapshot of KPIs that allow management to monitor accident trends locally and nationally, and club and centre managers to review site trends and avoidable incidents.
When merged, the combined platforms will be providing customer insight and accident reporting services to more than 350 leisure sites throughout the UK, including 10 of the industry’s leading operators.
All users of the combined platform will be able to access the Insight and Accident services via a single log in. Future developments already under construction include a combined dashboard –giving operators a high-level overview of performance –and Right Directions is working towards putting all its quality audits into a central library on the system, to enable users to access their reports online anywhere, any time.
Mike Hill, managing director of Leisure-net Solutions, said: “This exciting development has been requested by our joint clients and will provide a great tool to allow operators to collect, tract and analyse key statistics of their business.”
Caroline Constantine, managing director of Right Directions, added: “We are really excited to combine these great services into one package for operators. The ability to access these services anytime, anywhere is a great plus for managers, and savings of economies of scale will allow us to deliver them in a very cost effective way.”
Both platforms are delivered by the companies’technology partner 4Global.
