Gladstone bolsters its team with a Customer Service Manager
Jonathan Christensen has joined Gladstone as the company’s new Customer Service Manager.
With overall responsibility for the customer support teams, as well as customer retention, Christensen will focus on ensuring every member of the Gladstone team is a ‘master of all’ – fully understanding each and every solution the company offers across its different products.
“We value our existing customer base just as much as we value a new customer, so there will be a real focus on understanding our customers and their needs,” he said. “The aim is to turn around any issues and convert cancellations into compliments.”
As part of this, Christensen will initiate a side project for each member of the team, working with a different area of the business to strengthen their interest and motivation, as well as ensuring they have the ultimate knowledge and tools for their job.

Christensen has worked in front line customer service roles for the past 16 years and in management positions for the past 10 years, for a marketing analytics company, and at communications company TalkTalk Business, where he worked for eight years, progressing to a High Level Complaints Manager.
He concluded: “I’m excited to be part of a successful and fast moving company and I hope my experience in managing large teams and my customer and team focus will help Gladstone’s support crew further develop their technical and customer service skills.”
