Dedicated support for new shared insight and accident reporting platform
Milva Gaudiosi has recently joined the Leisure-net Solutions and Right Directions teams as a Business Development Executive, bringing with her more than 15 years of sales and service experience.
In April, Leisure-net and Right Directions merged their online platforms (customer insight software E-Focus and accident reporting software STITCH) to create a one-stop online tool for the leisure industry. Gaudiosi’s role will be to work with the merged platform’s new and existing clients, identify how the new service can improve their business, build strong relationships and help to identify and secure new business opportunities.
She has varied sales and service experience in the financial, travel and tourism sectors, including Staysure Insurance and Thomas Cook, and has also worked in themedia and advertising industries.
The combined platforms currently provide customer insight and accident reporting services to more than 350 leisure sites throughout the UK, including 10 of the industry’s leading operators. The extra resource will be used to assist more organisations in using the trends generated by the services to improve their business decisions.
