BC SoftWear launches new lightweight Zen bathrobe

Leading textiles, bathrobe and towelling supplier, BC SoftWear, has unveiled its new Zen bathrobe — a lightweight, kimono-style robe. Developed specifically for spas in warmer climates, it has been created to remain breathable while still being cosy, helping keep spa guests cooler and more comfortable.

An elegantly tailored 220gsm bathrobe, the Zen features a unique rice weave pattern. Available exclusively in pristine white, it’s minimalist, non-bulky design also makes it the ideal choice for contemporary urban spas.

Sam Cooke, director and head of international sales at BC SoftWear, explains: “The Zen robe was developed in direct response to feedback from our international spa partners. There was strong demand for a cooler, more practical bathrobe option that still meets the luxury expectations of discerning spa guests. Spas around the world are seeking solutions that combine luxury with practicality.”

“The Zen robe is our answer — a functional, stylishly elegant solution that performs exceptionally well in climate-conscious spa environments.”

The lightweight design not only ensures guest comfort in warmer spa environments but also provides significant operational benefits — taking up less storage space and laundering more efficiently. Its lighter weight translates to reduced energy and water consumption, helping spas lower laundering and operational costs without compromising guest experience.

The new design complements BC SoftWear’s existing Sporty Waffle Bathrobe, which shares the same fabric weight. As well as pristine white, the Zen robe is available in bespoke colour options for bulk orders.
