BC SoftWear bolsters business development team

Leading hotel and spa textiles supplier, BC SoftWear, has strengthened its business development team with two new staff members. The new team members with help continue BC SoftWear’s focus on developing customer relationships as well as pursuing growth across the UK.

 

Rupert Sellers joins BC SoftWear as Business Development Manager from a successful career in the luxury hotel market, both in London and internationally. After beginning his career in operations at The Berkeley, Claridge’s and The Savoy, Rupert moved into sales and marketing for leading international brands including Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons. More recently, Rupert specialised in recruitment for luxury hotels, which included developing a curated hiring platform for the sector.

 

“I’m excited to be joining BC SoftWear and look forward to continuing my association with the luxury hotel market in this next chapter of my career,” says Rupert. “High-end hotels are evolving to meet the needs of today’s guests, for whom every detail counts as part of a memorable stay. I look forward to showcasing BC SoftWear’s luxury products to my contacts in the industry and forging new alliances to help hoteliers make a lasting impact on their guests.”

A further new recruit, Teresa Dalton joins BC SoftWear as Ireland Country Manager. She has worked in the beauty and sales industry for more than 10 years. Teresa has experience working in luxury sales for brands including for L’Oreal, Shiseido and Voya. In her new role, Teresa will build on BC SoftWear’s strong Irish business connections and expand the brand’s footprint across Ireland.

 

“My knowledge in the luxury skincare industry, where guest experience is always at the forefront, will help me to build strong relationships for BC SoftWear, offering customers exceptional service,” says Teresa. “Hoteliers and spa shouldn’t underestimate the feeling a customer gets from a luxury robe and towel, and how crucial that is to both the guest journey and to generating return visits. My major focus is on driving new business in Ireland and doubling revenue year on year.”
