active-net 2017 stronger than ever

Operator places at the business networking and eduction conference, active-net 2017, have sold out almost three months ahead of the event, which takes place at Eastwood Hall in Nottingham on 29-30 March.

The buyer attendees include six major leisure contractors, including Irish company Aura, 1Life and Everyone Active, as well as 12 trusts, six universities and a college. Half of the 40 operators on board are new to active-net, including Edinburgh Leisure, Active Tameside, University of Leicester and Everybody Sport & Recreation.

Leisure-net, which manages the event, has now opened a waiting list to guarantee spaces for the 2018 conference. Operators on the list will be offered first refusal on any availability that may open up for 2017.
